A NEW JOB

Unemployed writer Andrew Moore takes the only job he can find, writing a “What women like about men” article for a local men’s magazine. Problem is he has no idea what women like, so he befriends a chick-magnet photographer to help teach him his wisdom so Andrew can write his article.

 

PLAY IT CHILL

Chris tries to show Andrew that women like it when you just play it cool. So he takes him to a local bar, where Chris discovers Andrew is in way over his head. Meanwhile, Andrew’s information about Jordan liking roses seemingly blows up in Chris’ face.

 

CHICKS DIG THE TATS

To try and toughen up his image, Chris takes Andrew to get a tattoo. Meanwhile, Derek finds out that Jordan may have liked the flowers Chris got her after all.

 

THE WEDDING

One of Andrew’s college friends, Stephanie, comes into town. Andrew has always liked her and offered to take her to a mutual friends wedding.  He consults Chris on how to up his game. Meanwhile, Chris is shooting the wedding and beginning to break down the icy wall Jordan has up, when Andrew interrupts.

 

THE SEND OFF

Stephanie visits Maximum before she leaves. Andrew tries to seal the deal, with her, but falls short in his many attempts to impress her. Also, Stephanie notices that Jordan might not be so icy on Chris after all. And reveals a little of her past, that suggests Chris might be too perfect for her.

 

GUYS NIGHT OUT

After Andrew calls Stephanie and gets another man on the line, Derek and Chris decides what he needs is a guys night out. So Andrew gets dressed to the nines only to find out that guys night out, isn’t what he thinks. Meanwhile, Tomas preoccupies Tom, so he isn’t a buzz kill for the night’s event.

 

 

GUYS NIGHT OUT PART II

After a night of drinking by the campfire, Chris and Derek wake up in camp only to find Andrew missing. The two set out to find their friend. Meanwhile, Jordan finds Tom asleep at work on a Saturday and Tomas takes his new parking space.

 

THE NEW CAR

Andrew hopes to get a call from Stephanie after her email apologizing about the mix-up. Jordan stars asking questions to Andrew about Chris. And, Derek takes Andrew to exchange his cute compact car for a brand new, bold muscle machine. Later, Jordan sees Chris kiss another girl.

 

BYLINE

Tom calls a meeting to discuss upcoming themes for the February issue. Chris convinces Andrew to write an article chronicling the Super Bowl teams, his first true sports article for Maximum and Jordan tells Andrew she saw Chris kiss another girl.

 

BYLINE PART II

NEED TO WRITE

 

 

WELCOME HOME

Andrew picks up Stephanie from the airport and takes her back to his apartment. Derek and Tom play a round of golf on the Wii and Stephanie joins them for her interview.  Chris and Tracy, his new assistant, shoot their Presidential photo shoot.

 

THE TRUTH

A war starts between Chris and Tomas. The gang goes out to celebrate Stephanie’s new job. And after several margaritas, Tracy and Jordan become close, Andrew and Derek get thrown out of the bar and Stephanie finally makes her confession.

 

THE BIG GAME

Andrew doesn’t know what to make of Stephanie’s confession. Tracy falls fast for Jordan who doesn’t remember their little tryst at Sagebrush. Andrew’s plans to have just a few people over for the big game, turns into the whole gang coming over.

 

WORK IT OUT

Chris takes Andrew and Derek to the gym to work out. Jordan fakes falling asleep while making out with Tracy, which leads to him breaking it off. And Andrew finds out his article on was stolen by Guy, resulting in a freak treadmill accident.

 

OPPORTUNITY KNOCKS

Tomas continues the war on Chris, by letting all of the air out of his tires. Only problem is, the vehicle wasn’t Chris’ but Tom’s. Jordan ends up with Chris’ cell phone and renowned booking agent, Steve Cleaver, takes interest in Chris, letting him in on an opportunity.

 

THE OFFER

Jordan finds out her rather interesting nickname. Derek dons a space suit for show and tell, but eventually decides the truth is better. Steve and Chris go hiking where he finally accepts the offer. And Tom decides the best way to decide who really wrote the article is Wii boxing.

 

 

COULD CARE LESS

Chris and Jordan deal with the aftermath of their kiss. Derek helps Tom scheme to get back his Wii

controllers. And Tomas, hearing about the kiss, starts a new goal, getting Chris fired by showing that Chris

and Jordan are an item.

 

DINNER OF LOVE

Cleaver and Chris return from New York after viewing the studio. Derek laments over Chris leaving. And Stephanie cooks dinner for Andrew at Jordan’s apartment

 

GOING AWAY

Andrew and Stephanie explain their interesting situation. Derek blackmails Tom for an office. And Chris and Jordan say some heartfelt goodbyes. Then the gang heads back to the bar for Chris’ going away party.

 

NO EASY WAY OUT

Stephanie wakes up in Andrew’s apartment, not sure what happened the night before. Derek makes a video for Chris’ all about Maximum. Chris has a hard time leaving emotionally and physically. And Stephanie finally decides to tell her parents where her relationship stands.
